To ensure a secure experience, all bookings must be made exclusively through our website.

• Standard Deposit: A deposit of $500 per cottage (or 50% of the invoice if the total is less) is required at the time of booking.

• Final Balance: The remaining balance is strictly due 30 days prior to your check-in date.

• Damage Policy: Your credit card will remain on file for any damages, missing items, or additional cleaning required.

🏠 What’s Inside Your Cottage

 

Every cottage is equipped with the following essentials for a comfortable stay:

Kitchen & Dining

• Appliances: Fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and kettle.

• Coffee Station: Coffee maker with filters provided.

• Cookware: A full set of pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, and utensils.

• Outside: A BBQ with propane is provided for every unit.

Living & Comfort

• Connectivity: Wi-Fi is available for guest use by the main office. (No Wi-Fi inside individual cottages).

• Cell Service: Excellent reception for all major providers (Bell, Rogers, Telus).

• Entertainment: No cable TV, but we have a massive movie and game library at the main office for you to borrow!

• Cooling: Every cottage is supplied with a fan (please note: units do not have A/C).

🛶 Boating & Water Activities

• Bringing Your Own Boat: We have our own private boat launch right on the property! If you plan to bring your craft, please call us first so we can discuss your boat's size and ensure we can accommodate it.

• Boat Rentals: While our on-site motorboats are not part of the rental package, most types of boats can be rented at our local marina. Please call us for details and recommendations.

• Docking Fees: Dock rental is $25 per day or $120 per week.

• Canoes & Kayaks: Available on-site for $5 per 30 minutes (includes life jackets and paddles).

• Safety: Life jackets must be worn at all times. By law, operators of motors 9.9 HP and higher must have a valid license.

🎒 Guest Checklist: What to Bring

 

Please remember to pack these essentials:

• Linens & Bedding: Sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels. (Linen service can be arranged for a fee if booked in advance).

• Bathroom Essentials: Toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and personal hygiene products.

• Cleaning Supplies: Dish soap, paper towels, and CLEAR garbage bags (Mandatory for local disposal).

• Drinking Water: Our tap water is safe but high in minerals; we recommend bringing your own for the best taste.

• Outdoor Comfort: Lawn chairs and sun umbrellas.

🕒 Check-In & Resort Policies

​​

• Arrival/Departure: Check-in is 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. To respect all guests, no outdoor music or radios are permitted at any time.

• Fire Safety: Campfires are only allowed in designated beach pits from 7 PM – 11 PM. Firewood is $30 per wheelbarrow, or you may gather fallen wood from our forest for free!

• Pet Fee: $20/day or $100/week (Pets must be leashed and never left unattended).

• Occupancy Limits:

  • 3-Bedroom: Max 7 people (Limit 6 adults)

  • 2-Bedroom: Max 5 people (Limit 4 adults)

  • 1-Bedroom: Max 3 people (Limit 2 adults)
