Reservation and Deposit

To avoid disappointment we suggest you reserve in advance to ensure that you get the time period you require. Our cottages can be rented for weeks (Monday-Sunday or Friday-Thursday), weekends (Friday- Sunday) and mid week (Monday- Thursday). Our cottages can be rented together or separately. Our minimum rental period is 2 nights for a regular weekend or 3 nights for a long weekend

When making your reservation we require a filled out rental application and a $500 booking deposit per cottage. Upon your arrival you will be asked to pay a $500 damage deposit that is refundable at check out.

 

Please Note: There is a maximum number of people permitted in each cottage. These numbers are strictly enforced and include children and infants.

Check In

                     Any time after 12 pm and before 9:00 pm on day of arrival (only on Friday and Monday)

Check Out

                       By 3:00 pm on day of departure ( only on Sunday and Thursday)

 

Cancellation

​

A reservation is firm contract. No adjustments for late arrival or early departure. Parties that make a cancellation within 30 days prior to the arrival date are liable for 100% of the total value of the reservation

​

Pet Policy

​

We are pet friendly. You must keep your pet close by at all times. Do not leave dogs unattended outdoors. If other renters are present, dogs MUST be kept on a leash at all times. A strict poop and scoop policy is effect at all times throughout the entire property. Individuals that fail to pick up after their dogs will be fined. 

 

 

Parking

 

Parking is permitted in our designated parking area. Absolutely NO driving or parking allowed on the beach 

 

 

Linens & Bedding

 

We do not provide linen, bedding, towels or any hygienic or cleaning products that you may require. If you require linens, bedding and towels arrangements can be made prior to your arrival at an additional charge.
